Tickets

You will receive your tickets via email. To check in, please bring your conference ticket. If you cannot locate your conference ticket via email, please email me at akistler@namb.net. We will resend your tickets to you. You may print out your ticket, or you may simply show the ticket on your mobile device. If you are traveling with others and have registered several people under one account, please forward each person a copy of their ticket to speed the registration process.

15+ Groups

Please turn in all tickets of those present. We will give you all necessary credentials to distribute to your group members. If you have group members traveling separately, please email them their ticket ahead of time. We will help them check in upon their arrival.

Early Check-In/Registration

(The Night Before the Event)

For those of you checking into your hotel the day before the conference, you are welcome to take advantage of early registration for your group from 5-7 p.m. the day before the conference. This will allow you and your group to have all you need to avoid the registration lines the day of the conference. Please send one person to represent your group, and they will receive all credentials.

Cancellations

There are no cancellations or refunds for the Send Conference, but tickets are always fully transferrable. Thank you for not asking for exceptions to the cancellation policy. In the event that you are unable to use your ticket but find someone who’d like to purchase it from you, please send us the name of the person buying it from you, and we will make that change on our information.
